Name the individual words which appear most often as proper nouns in the British National Corpus - the 100 million word representative cross-section of British English.
NOTES: Single letters are excluded. Abbreviations and acronyms are included. Nouns consisting of two or more words count each word individually, e.g. Mount Fuji would count towards both Mount and Fuji.
The words listed appear in over 90% of the corpus reference sectors. This excludes obscurer words, which appear an unrepresentive number of times due to a bias in one of the corpus sectors, e.g. Darlington would rank 63rd despite appearing in less than 60% of the corpus sectors. Frequency is per million words.
