A correctly completed grid starts at the lowest number (circled in green) and traces a continuous path of consecutive whole numbers to the highest number (circled in red)
The numbers you place must be adjacent (touching diagonally, horizontally or vertically) to both the previous number in the sequence and the next number in the sequence
You do not need to start filling in the grid at the lowest or highest number: instead build the path in small intermediate stages
Start with cells that have only one route in or out
Then work out cells with reduced options like those in corners
Also look for numbers that are several cells apart but can only be bridged in a straight line

Grid: Enter single characters into cells, like a crossword
