Can you name the Equity Law (Fundamentals) Cases?

In cases of conflict between equity and common law, equity must prevail
If a Trustee dissapates trust property, the only available remedy is damages
A beneficiary may compel Trustees to transfer all capital to him, bringing the trust to an end if he is absolutely entitled to the trust property, and of capacity - 'sui juris'
Multiples Beneficiaries may bring a trust to an end if they are ALL in agreement & 'sui juris'
If discretionary beneficiaries are absolutely entitled to the whole equitable interest of a trust, they can demand capital is transferred to them in agreed proportions
In Discretionary and selection trusts, potential beneficiaries hold no proprietary interest until they are selected and can not demand legal interest, or collapse the trust prematu
