Based on the same concept as my other latitude quiz, here's a version with metro areas in the American continents only. Some answers can be smaller settlements and towns.
The population data represents the latest available Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) figures. In some cases can the data show CSA instead of MSA, but I'm currently working on this.
