The Number Gang has struck again. Can you help Inspector Zero sort out the (I)nnocents from the (T)hieves and (A)ccomplices without being fooled by the liars?
Every number is an (I)nnocent, (A)ccomplice, or (T)hief. "Involved" = not Innocent
Accomplices always lie (protect the gang!); Innocents sometimes lie (intimidated witnesses); and Thieves always tell the truth (hey, they're already caught)
Liars may tell partial truths ("3 and 4 are odd"), but EVERY sentence they say is false. ("3 and 4 are odd. The sky is green.")
A number can see any number in its row or column (except itself)
