Here is a link to a Wikipedia page that explains how the Annual Hot 100 is calculated. It is not strictly a calendar year tracking of sales and airplay. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billboard_Hot_100
Duets by an artist count so Elton John and Kiki Dee both get credit separately and together. If the artist is the producer or is featured on a song, that does not count. For example Blurred Lines is Robin Thicke, not Pharrel. If a band/singing group is credited on the Billboard chart then it's the band/singing group's song, not the singers. If the song is on a band/singing group's album then it's the band/singing group's song and not the singers. The hints are for example, the first artist had 2 top 5 hits in the 1956 Hot 100, he is Male and was 21 years old in 1956. The 2nd artist is a band and the band had been in existence for 4 years in 1964. M-Male, F-Female, B-Band, SGF-Singing Group Female, SGM-Sing Group Male, SGFM- Singing Group-Male and Female.
