More Info:
This quiz refers to Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) or Combined Statistical Areas (CSAs) as defined by the United States Office of Management and Budget. In general, a city will be within a larger MSA, and an MSA will often be a subunit of a larger CSA. Both MSAs and CSAs can cross state boundaries. Larger/smaller refer to population statistics. All population data are as of 2016 as estimated by the United States Census Bureau.
