Example 1: Inside Minimum and Max Rates
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 1. If there are 25 players in Game 1, the charge would be $75 ($3 x 25 players).
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 2. If there are 30 players in game 2, the charged would be $90 ($3 x 30 players).
- Combining Game 1 & Game 2 would bring the total (before the league fee) to $165 ($75 + $90).
- League/Admin Fee – The “Partnered Venue” Game 1 & Game 2 total is $165. We would now add on the $15 league/admin fee bringing the total amount due for the evening (a full two hours of quiz entertainment) to $180.
Example 2: Max Rate Achieved
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 1. If there are 50 players in Game 1, the charge would be $150 ($3 x 25 players).
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 2. If there are 60 players in game 2, the charged would be $180 ($3 x 30 players).
- Combining Game 1 & Game 2 would bring the total (before the league fee) to $330, however, there is a max rate of $200, so the total per-player-rate would be $200. For weekend pub quizzes, the maximum rate would be $225.
- League/Admin Fee – The “Partnered Venue” Game 1 & Game 2 total is $200 We would now add on the $15 league/admin fee bringing the total amount due for the evening (a full two hours of quiz entertainment) to $215. For weekend pub quizzes, with the maximum regular rate of $225, we would add the $15 league/admin fee bringing the total amount due for the evening to $240.
Example 3: Minimum Rate
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 1. If there are 15 players in Game 1, the charge would be $45 ($3 x 25 players).
- The “Partnered Venue” is charged $3 per player for patrons that participate in Game 2. If there are 10 players in game 2, the charged would be $30 ($3 x 30 players).
- Combining Game 1 & Game 2 would bring the total (before the league fee) to $75, however, there is a minimum rate (for this show) is $115. For weekend pub quizzes, the minimum rate for this show would be $150.
- League/Admin Fee – The “Partnered Venue” Game 1 & Game 2 total is $115. We would now add on the $15 league/admin fee bringing the total amount due for the evening (a full two hours of quiz entertainment) to $130. For weekend pub quizzes, with the minimum rate of $150, we would add the $15 league/admin fee bringing the total amount due for the evening to $165.
