24 Kobe Bryant Quotes to Get You in the Mood of Winning

(Last Updated On: November 25, 2021)

In 1996 a guy named Kobe Bryant was picked 13th in the NBA draft by the Charlotte Hornets. Bryant would be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers where he spent the entirety of his career as a basketball player. Most would consider Bryant one of the best NBA players of all time; with 5 NBA championships, 2 NBA Finals MVP awards, and selection on the All-NBA Team 15 times (the team put together of the best players of each season); among many other accolades. After passing away in January, 2020 Bryant was posthumously inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the All-Star Game MVP award was named after him. Bryant was also an author, publishing The Mamba Mentality in 2018 and was working on a children’s book before passing away. He also was behind the production of Dear Basketball, becoming the first former professional athlete to be nominated for an Academy Award.
