Flatstick Pub – South Lake Union, Seattle, Washington
Flatstick Pub was inspired by an idea to create a casual beer-focused pub combined with a miniature golf course. The foundation of the concept was to support the community, selling only beer from independent local breweries. Apparently, there was a niche for the combination, because Flatstick is now three pubs strong with an eye on even more growth.
Golf is the thing at Flatstick, so get ready to play games, drink, and have a whole lot of fun. First things first, a flatstick is golf slang for a putter, which is provided while you play, but if you’re a putt snob, feel free to bring your own.
And Flatstick isn’t just for mini golf! The brilliant and creative minds at Flatstick have concocted a few new games for you to enjoy: Duffleboard, Cup Hunter, and ‘stick putt – games you won’t find anywhere else, and if you’re the competitive type, c’mon in on a Monday from 6-9 PM for the Duffleboard Challenge!
After you putt up an appetite, enjoy some of the popular pub classics that Ethan Stowell Restaurants provides at the South Lake Union location. Chow down on bar favorites like brick oven pizza, chicken wings, fried mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, and more.
Get over the hump on Wednesdays with Sporcle Live Trivia from 7-9 PM. It’s the fastest, funnest 20 questions you’ll ever take part in, and if you’re really good, you can win prizes, too!
There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: Drink local and have fun, and Flatstick’s got you covered.
