Galaga, Frogger, Centipede, Pac Man, Tetris… Does that sound like a gamer’s paradise? Like when games involved in-person flexing? Then add amazing beer and welcome to Brewcade! Brewcade bills itself as “the new playground for a San Francisco generation” with classic arcade games and beers in an industrial urban atmosphere.

Brewcade offers light munchies for your consumption during your visit. After all, your hands are going to be too busy for food while you’re crushing the competition and amassing many high scores, right? There are various chip flavors available, corn nuts, jerky, and hot soft pretzels.

While you’re waiting for your turn with a snack in hand, you can use the other to cup a brew. There is a weekly rotating collection of 25 mad craft beers on draft from around the Bay Area and California with guest appearances from excellent breweries across the United States. If you taste something you like, you can now take it with you! All bottled and canned beer/wine/sodas in Brewcade are available to go!

While you’re gaming, don’t forget to try the famous wine slushie, Grape Drank! Don’t ask, just drink it; you won’t be sorry. It’s not actually “grape” though, and comes in amazing hella flavors like Cherry-Lime, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, Watermelon, Peach, and Green Apple.

What’s an entertainment complex without next-level entertainment? Monday evenings, there are Smash Bros casual tournaments and Killer Queen league night, rotating adventures on Tuesdays, and bi-weekly board game nights.

You can also take a minute (or an hour or two) to give your hands a break and join in two games of Sporcle Live Trivia on Thursdays starting at 7:30 PM. In case you missed it, Sporcle Live Trivia is the best mind distraction you can have, answering questions for fun and prizes!
