Sitting on a picturesque 9-hole golf course, Springbrook Italian Bistro & Tap House is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and a burger after a quick golf game. Recently reopened in 2017, Springbrook features Italian comfort foods and family favorites complemented by an expansive selection of local craft beer, unique drinks and a broad wine selection.

Specialties at Springbrook Italian Bistro include flatbread pizzas and rotating tap offerings. There is a weekday lunch buffet, happy hour specials, and Sunday brunch served from 11 AM to 5 PM. Monday through Saturday, you can enjoy a full salad and soup bar with an entrée purchase for only $2.99, as well as varied drink specials to accompany your meal!

For Sunday Brunch, there are a variety of bowls available, including a Roasted Root Vegetable Hash Bowl consisting of roasted winter squash, parsnips, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and pancetta, topped with fried eggs. The other bowls are Tuscan Shrimp & Grits and the Vesuvio Breakfast Bowl.

There is a plentiful regular menu with pizza, panini and grinder, burger, pasta and filling bistro options. The Pork Chop Vesuvio is a thick-cut bone-in chop marinated and grilled with fried Vesuvio potatoes and peas.

On Mondays, be sure to visit Springbrook Italian Bistro & Tap House for $10 pizza and a draft, half-off flights, and two games of Sporcle Live Trivia beginning at 7 PM.

Recognized as the business start-up of the year by the Battle Creek Chamber of Commerce for 2017, Springbrook Italian Bistro & Tap House also offers a great space for private parties and events.

Springbrook Italian Bistro & Tap House’s goal is to be a “one-stop” shop for any of your culinary needs, whether it be a quick bite after golf, dinner with family, or catering your special event.
