Rack House Kitchen & Tavern is a pretty cool place to hang out. They have bourbon barrels stored and aged on the premises, along with local craft beers and regionally distilled whiskeys and bourbons in the lodge-style, comfortable bar and dining rooms.

Rack House’s goal is to provide a great experience with consistency and quality so that guests will return again and again!

For starters, literally, you can order everyone’s favorite, the Brisket Burnt Ends. How many times have you had brisket, only to have to bat someone’s hand away as they reach for your coveted burnt end? Bat no more, my friends! There’s enough to share, served with balsamic BBQ, house pickles, and creamy slaw.

The Crispy Avocados are something different to try! Crispy cornmeal crusted avocado slices with jalapeno-cilantro ranch. Avocados are healthy, right?

Now let’s get to the nitty-gritty! All of Rack House’s smoked meats are expertly crafted in-house, seasoned with an 11-spice rub and slow smoked over hickory and oak, sliced, chopped, and pulled BY HAND for every order! All the meats are delectable, but honestly, you should just bring the gang of appetites and share the Great Smoky Mountain Platter. Heaven on a plate, it’s packed with pulled pork, sliced brisket, smoked beef short rib, half-slab of ribs, andouille link, bourbon BBQ wings, and brisket burnt ends.

As if the food wasn’t enough to entice you, Sporcle Live invades Rack House every Sunday at 7:30 PM for two games of the best trivia you’ll find anywhere!
