Sporcle Live Spotlight: SoMa StrEat Food Park

SoMa StrEat Food Park

SoMa StrEat Food Park, San Francisco, California

“A Culinary Carnival and Urban Playground”

SoMa StrEat Food Park is the Bay Area’s first and largest food truck park, beer garden and event space of over 20,000 square feet that features a rotating lineup food trucks, a permanent beer and wine bar, carnival games, TV screens, plus free Wi-Fi and heat lamps for chilly nights.

So many food trucks, so little time. You can hang out in the park and try any number of different truck specialties for lunch and/or dinner including American, Asian, BBQ, Breakfast, Dessert, European, Fusion, Latin, Middle Eastern, and Vegan. And while the food truck lineup changes, those that stay the same are: The Sarap Shope, Firetrail Pizza, Gyros on Wheels, Cochnita, Sip n’ Slurp, Kokio Republic, Nuncha Empanada, Poke Delish, and The Sip Bar.

If you like activities with your food, SoMa is the right place for you. There are rotating seasonal events for you to eat and enjoy. Every Thursday, there’s Street Beats & Eats Bluegrass Jam from 6:30 to 9 PM and a good ole Midwestern-type Spring Cornhole League, so practice that throw! And, of course, Sporcle Live Trivia is kicking off a on a new day – Thursdays – in the Barn area!

Don’t like people, the elements, or either? SoMa StrEat Food caters! You can book a truck, have food dropped off for a welcome twist to that usually boring office lunch meeting, create your own custom carnival for home or office parties, or just skip the food and book a mobile bar!

All the details (and even more pictures of the mouth-watering food) are on the website at somastreatfoodpark.com.
