Sporcle reserves the right, but does not assume the responsibility, to monitor or review your conduct on the Sporcle site. Your use of Sporcle is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. The use of Sporcle is for entertainment purposes only and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

  • Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sporcle harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to any breach by you of any terms of this Agreement.
