Sporcle is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to work in our Plymouth, Michigan office. This job is part-time (25 hours) to start with full time potential. The CRM will work closely with the 200+ bar managers that we work with each week. You will create relationships with these people to ensure that we are delivering them the best live trivia experience possible. Without bars/restaurants who are willing to invest in our product, there is no business. We want to take care of these folks and having a dedicated Relationship Manager, allows us to better reach that goal.
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for the following:
-Having regular conversations with our partnered venues
-Scheduling special events at venues including tournaments and theme nights
-Create individualized promotional plans to improve attendance at shows
-Ensure promotional products are delivered and being utilized in venues
-Update the Sporcle website to reflect the most accurate information possible for venues (prizes, specials, etc.)
-Work closely with venues to ensure they are doing things on their end to promote Sporcle Live trivia nights as well
The ideal candidate will have a fanatical attention to detail and a customer service background. This person needs to be energized, efficient and take pride in their work.
