	The very first entry in Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary for the word "two" lists it as an adjective: "being one more than one in number." If its position in a sentence is adjectival, it's being used as an adjective in that case. "Two towers" is not talking separately about the number two as a thing, or the word two as a stand-in for people or things ("The two talked late into the night"), it's talking about how many towers there are, and its position in the sentence clearly indicates that.

	@Exobius: Numbers are adjectives. They modify nouns. Thus, "The Two Towers" fits very well in this quiz.

	@ Jay: I disagree; Wells' book (not Ellison's) is of the form "The [adjective] [noun], which is the form all other answers have and the theme of the quiz.

	Great quiz! I agree with those who would prefer Ellison (I, too, typed in vain, till I actually read what was there), but I LOVED the mix of authors, children's books, genre fiction, international classics. Hope to see another one of yours soon!

	This was actually difficult. Usually I can recognize all the titles and guess at the authors I may not know, but there was quite a mix of words here that could have been titles if the right author was there. Very good.

	I'm am definitely stoked about having my first published quiz! To all of you thinking "What about Ellison?", as I was making this quiz I thought to myself that one of the novels has a "The" and the other does not, but couldn't recall which. Since only the Wells work is in fact "The Invisible Man", I opted for that. @mellybmel Thanks for the encouragement! I am already thinking about new quizzes that blend my love of literature and obsession with words, and I hope you will enjoy those too. =)
