| Except that Indonesia borders Malaysia, which borders Thailand. Even though Indonesia is made up of islands it shares a border with Malaysia on Borneo and Malaysia has land on the Malay peninsula which is on the Asian mainland. I don't know what myriad other countries you're talking about. The only three I can think of are Brunei, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea, and these either border Malaysia or Indonesia. It sounds like you've decided only to exclude island countries that don't border another country. There would be nothing wrong with stating that in the game instructions. |
