I think that this is a great idea for a quiz- but I wonder using 2000 data, how much things have changed especially with the economic downturn.

I echo Joshdent. Things are likely dramatically different since 2000. Red flag Nevada and Florida for sure.

I agree with everyone about New York, but New York is much bigger than the city. Although the rent in the city can be extremely high, the further north you go the more likely you're a homeowner, not a renter.

Hey, thanks for playing! I agree that it's unfortunate to use 2000 data. They didn't collect it for 2010, though. I'm guessing it's per bedroom, but I couldn't find more specific info.
