	Honestly, for the D-Rs, you need to accept just about everything. Jefferson considered himself a Republican; Madison called himself a Democrat. The party went by so many different things. Also, many modern political historians call the party the Jeffersonian Republican party, so I guess that could be accepted to.

	Also need to accept National Union for Lincoln and Johnson since that was the party label in 1864.

	It seemed like for some of the D-Rs it accepted just a D or R but others (Monroe and JQ Adams, I think) I had to type in the whole thing.

	I thought Washington was a Federalist, so I looked it up. He wasn't officially from what I read, although there are sources that claimed he was, others claimed he only voted with them. Good quiz!!!

	Washington never belonged to any party (he disliked the concept of political parties in general, if I recall correctly from my textbook) but his policies were pretty much Federalist, which is why he gets classified that way.

	Why does this quiz accept "D" and "R?" It makes it trivial to get more than half the answers without knowing them.

	I disagree with accepting "d" and "r", as it makes it way too easy to guess randomly. Even though I knew them, it would have taken me only a few more seconds for each one if I hadn't. At the very least, accept "dem" and "rep" or something to that effect. Also, why no accepting "GOP"?

	wondering if fm_ and Anonymous42 would be happier if the quiz time were shorter than 4 mins? I think maybe shaving a min. or 2 off the clock would counterbalance the "too easy" problem.

	The party often described as "Democratic-Republicans" was more commonly called the Republican party. I understand the need to distinguish it from the post 1854 Republican party, and sometimes writers of that era would refer to the D-Rs, but that's not really accurate. Sorry, it's a minor pet peeve of mine.

	Your instructions indicate to only select "D" or "R", which is a problem since some of our presidents were neither. I typed "F" for Adams, but it wasn't accepted, and I had to spell out the word. Your quiz is a good idea, but way too inconsistent.
