wow todd helton! Does this mean he deserves to be in the HOF? That is pretty lofty company he's with. I'm sure those others also exceed several of those categories, where Helton narrowly fits in. Additionally, Helton never won the World Series. Still, a great player among legendary players on this list. As far as HOF voting goes, I think he comes up short.

320 home runs is way too arbitrary. It's not exactly a milestone number. Might as well lower it to 300 and include Hornsby and Simmons.

Oh, and Todd Helton's career average is .324 (.3238702 to be exact) so he shouldn't be on your list anyway.

I think that yankeegeek's point when setting up the minimum requirements was to include Helton in some exclusive company.
