Nice quiz, however, technically Ruud van Nistelrooy's surname start with an N. In the Netherlands, alphabetically it's 'Nistelrooy, van' just like 'Sar, van der'.

Current players you missed are; Andrew Johnson and Kevin Phillips. Nolan is still playing (and scoring), but not, alas, in the Premier League. I think Jason Euell also still turns out for Blackpool, and still scores scruffy goals.

If you wanted to complete the alphabet, Abel Xavier has scored twice in the Premiership

Added the asterisks for the two actives, moved Ruud to N to be linguistically correct, added the new V and X. Thanks Spinsky, missed him when I was searching.

I'm glad I missed Thierry Henry -- it's a minor piece of revenge for his cursed handball. Astonished I missed Zola, though.
