The date under Barcelona is wrong. Should be Summer of 1992

Tokyo must have spent all of ten seconds thinking of theirs. And as a Brit, thanks for not including the London 2012 monstrosity.

I got an undeserved one for No. 3 as you accept 'LA' for Los Angeles. I was trying to type Lake Placid! Great fun though...

I've fixed the Barcelona error. Thanks PaseRock. I never thought of that darth_shrimper. I have taken that acceptable answer out. Thanks.

Although I don't think these should have to be guessed in order.

I also loved this! Keep making us guess them in order. It takes out random guessing.

You could have included London 2012's distinctive logo, but then again this is a family website.

You should have included Munich. That one was a design classic! And so was Mexico City's, but since that was a letterform/calligram it would have been too obvious!

Glad to see Japan learned from 1964 to make the one from 1998, which is one of the better-looking ones, in my opinion.

The LA and Seoul logos couldn't be anymore 80's unless they were neon.

How is that stupid?! Most of the picture quizzes don't have to be guessed in order, so why should this one? Huh?

MD: This one should be in order because all you would have to do is just randomly guess olympic host cities. There's no challenge there. Every American should know the Olympics were in Lake Placid, but what did the logo look like? Hence the point of the quiz... Great quiz - to really toughen it up, you could also include some of the great older ones, like Oslo or Helsinki - some of those are pretty difficult to get!

Then how come with the other picture quizzes you don't have to guess THEM in order? You could just as easily start naming random sports teams for the ones where you have to identify the logos, or in the case of the corporate logo ones start guessing random corporations. Don't be an idiot. What I'm saying is completely logical and falls into line with EVERY OTHER SPORCLE PICTURE GAME.

So why did you throw in 1964? Other than that you used every Olympics from Summer 1976 through today. Throwing in 1964 seems random. Why that year but not 1972 or 1968 (or the 1976 winter games for that matter)?

@moviegoer73: Well Mexico City '68 doesn't work cause the logo is 'Mexico', and Sapporo is quite similar to the Tokyo logo, and Innsbruck '76 was last minute so it is almost exactly the same as '64. May as well use the original ones.
