	In my experience it's more often "Pythagoras' Theorem" in the UK, "the Pythagorean Theorem" in the US. And to be a little pedantic, with the matrices you need to specify "AB = BA = I" - if you only have "AB = I" then B is a right inverse but not necessarily a full inverse...

	Ive never even said the word theorem behind it, just Pythagoras. This is also justified, since you also claim to be looking for mathematicians as an answer. Also I think you should allow power series for geometric series, and 4999 for arithmatic series, or clarify that you're looking for a concept and not a number. For the rest, nice quiz, though I had never heard of Andrew Wiles.

	I like the idea of this quiz, but neither of your series are actually series, since they're both finite sums. A series, by definition, contains an infinite number of terms.

	@heeero60. It's 5050, not 4999, and the quiz accepts this. A power series is different, and need not be geometric. E.g. 1 + x + x^2/2 + x^3/6 + x^4/24 + ... for e^x. @NotYou. Unusual definition! If series are always infinite, what's an infinite series, then? Infinitely ininite?

	A series by definition is a sum, not necessarily infinite. You can have finite series. The infinite one shown in this example is a sequence.

	Re: series. Not in any definition I've ever seen. A sequence is a list of numbers, finite or infinite (countably infinite to be precise). A series is the sum of a sequence - which can therefore be finite or infinite.
