I think I would remove 1940 from the Sapporo column [although Sapporo is still a correct answer]. The host city was reassigned several times that year, and the Games were ultimately canceled. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1940_Winter_Olympics

Fairly sure Stockholm only hosted the games in 1912 and that Melbourne hosted the 1956 Summer ones (and Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy the Winter ones). Otherwise good quiz :)

Stockholm hosted only the equestrian events in 1956 because Australia couldn't due to some laws there. However, it's not considered a host city for that year as Melbourne hosted the vast majority of events.
