@bigturnip: The official name of Macedonia is "Republic of Macedonia." The FYROM phrase is only used as a provisional name in the United Nations due to a naming dispute with Greece.

The convention on Sporcle, I think, is that quizzes entitled 'X' Countries mean countries that start with the letter X. When you only mean countries that have an X somewhere in the name, you call it Countries Containing an X or something along those lines.
