	I finished with 6:42 left. I think you need to knock at least 5 minutes off the clock.

	Not everybody is a speed typist. You could cut this down a little, but not as much as some people are suggesting.

	Rather than listing the answers alphabetically, it would be more challenging to list the states by year. Even with 5 minutes, sporclers can find a missing answer simply by going through the alpha list rather than actually thinking about the answer (hence the too-high 74% getting 100% right).
