| Beat me to it, I wanted to do a similar quiz with the Cheeseshop Sketch. :) |
 | hot: | May 19th, 2010 at 23:24 GMT | | 1 point |
| Very nice, but missed Damons and Prunes, but got three bonuses... They should have accepted redcurrant though, I believe it is a fruit. |
 | Skirtz: | May 20th, 2010 at 00:42 GMT | | 1 point |
| I got four bonuses - well done! |

| I'll get minuses for this--and a lot of them--but I'd never seen that sketch before. This made me watch it on youtube, and well, it wasn't very funny. It just was a miss by MP, who had so many great ones. Oh well. Minus away. |

| @zzz: Eh, you're entitled to your opinion. I love that sketch though. |

| Ah, I love this sketch, too bad I forgot most of them, could not get them off the top of my head. But love the Pointed Stick and the Pineapple bonus answers XD |

| SHUT UP! |
 | strags11: | May 20th, 2010 at 02:29 GMT | | 7 points |
| Pointed Stick was the first thing I guessed. Missed a bunch of fruits, but who cares? Nice job. |

| Why do raspberries come up when I type redcurrant? |
 | bugsnnuts: | May 20th, 2010 at 06:39 GMT | | 4 points |
| @Hot redcurrant and raspberry are accepted together although I can't figure out why as they are not even in the same genus and redcurrant isn't mentioned in the hilarious skit. |

| Loved the bonuses! (I found 4 too - were there more?) I missed 3 fruits, but I got pointed stick so I was well pleased. |
 | bldc1234: | May 20th, 2010 at 08:43 GMT | | 3 points |
| Didn't answer very well because I was too busy laughing to myself as I ran through the sketch in my head. |
 | jellybaby: | May 20th, 2010 at 10:54 GMT | | 7 points |
| This is silly, I scored in the 99th percentile and I've never heard of the sketch. I just named fruits! |
 | chikka2: | May 20th, 2010 at 17:38 GMT | | 5 points |
| loved the pineapple bonus! |

| What do you do when a man comes at you armed with a banana? |
 | jessbowen: | May 21st, 2010 at 00:15 GMT | | 7 points |
| Let's be fair to Cleese - Pomegrante is a legit weapon you know - it's a grenade in French! |
 | Psychlone: | May 21st, 2010 at 00:51 GMT | | 3 points |
| Missing quinces. Pineapples! Where? Where? |
 | dudemanbearpig: | May 21st, 2010 at 01:29 GMT | | 3 points |

 | patsfan2225: | May 22nd, 2010 at 20:24 GMT | | 3 points |
| i think mr "arrison" is just "harrison" with a british accent... |
 | SwedishChef: | Jul 21st, 2010 at 21:25 GMT | | 2 points |
| AS far as raspberries/red currants: I believe it refers to a version of this sketch that appears on an LP (record for those of you from the CD/mp3 generation) on it where Cleese actually says "The great advantage of the tiger in unarmed combat is that it not only eats the raspberry-laden foe but also the red currants." Even though they are not the same fruit, that's probably why they are grouped as one answer in the quiz.
Loved the bonus questions! |
 | sconeyj: | Aug 19th, 2010 at 00:08 GMT | | 3 points |
| stop that, it's silly. very silly indeed! |

| Rofl.. I typed in Apricot and pointed stick first, :D |
 | SpeedyY: | Nov 20th, 2010 at 17:51 GMT | | 1 point |
| Now you eat the banana, thus disarming the banana.
You shot him. You shot him dead!
This is one of my favourtie sketchs. Monty Python is the best! |
 | albs14: | Dec 23rd, 2010 at 17:03 GMT | | 4 points |
| Great quiz but you need to add "quinces". It is clealy said during Cleese's monologue after he has killed all of his students. |

| Love the sketch. Love the quiz. Thanks! |
 | Ulkomaalainen: | Aug 22nd, 2011 at 14:52 GMT | | 6 points |
| The quiz itself is straightforward - the bonus answers make it great. 5 pineapples. |
 | ngbshamrock: | Aug 27th, 2011 at 16:18 GMT | | 3 points |
| "You could stand and scream for help." "Yeah, yeah, you try that with a pineapple down your windpipe!" "Pineapple?" "PINEAPPLE? WHERE? WHERE?" "Nowhere, I was just saying pineapple!" |
 | katniss_everdeen: | Apr 11th, 2012 at 12:04 GMT | | 1 point |
| I WOULD of got more... if I hadn't spelt pomegranate, pomegrate and then couldnt work out why it didn't work. |
