What´s "Bundt"? Never heard of. And please accept "US" or "USA" for twinkie (whatever that is). Also, Empanada is not just Puerto Rican but is known in many spanish speaking countries.

Nice quiz. Notes: 1) It should be be "Ethiopian" instead. 2) Empanada is shared by many Central and South American countries. Thus one can fill in Mexican, Guatemalan, Costa Rican, Colombian, etc. What is slightly more specific to Puerto Rican would be mofongo.

Thanks for the corrections. Bundt is a type of cake that originated from Germany.

Good one. This could easily be expanded.

Vindaloo for Portugese? Also does anyone think "Pad Thai" is an obvious clue for Thai?

Or Tom Yum for the Thai clue? Also, you could do bibimbap for Korean, or paella for Spain (although you would probably also want to accept Portugal).

Piri-piri would be better than vindaloo for Portuguese surely? Fajitas/ Enchiladas/ Burritos etc- Mexican, Haggis- Scottish, Paella/ tapas- Spanish, Goulash- Hungarian, Feijoada- Brazil... And 'bangers and mash' and 'pad thai' are not one-word clues so either they or the title should really be changed.
