Marshall Islands' area is 11,854 km² (OK, it's almost all water of the lagoons, but even so the land area is 181 km²). Monaco's area is only 2 km².

@chriskotx: I wondered the same thing myself, so I did the math. According to CIA factbook data, including Greenland and the Faroes, Denmark still falls more than 100,000 square miles short of DRC's area.

Sorry, Bombay...I deleted my question when I checked it out on Wikipedia and found just what you say - that the DRC is actually bigger than Greenland and Denmark together.
