Regarding the bonuses, "Weapons Sharing" always seems way too warm and fuzzy to me. It sounds like a lesson you learn between crafts and nap-time.

Also, you should add Canada and Greece as bonus answers because they were once part of nuclear weapons sharing.

I don't see how Canada isn't a full answer. We had our own nukes once and gave them up.

I forgot to add the first French tests were in Algerian sahara. And British tests longly took place in Australia.

It should be the Soviet Union, not Russia, as that was the country Russia belonged to at the time.

Israel carried (maybe) out the Vela test in 1979 with South Africa but possessed nuclear "capability" by about 1960 and had actual nukes by 1967.

Canada did in fact have a full fledged weapons program started, but it gave it up and decided that the US had enough to keep everybody safe and sound.
