Phoenix currently ranks 5th (not 6th) with a population of 1,512,986. I got that from the 2006 census numbers, so your data must be super old.

Wow, I didn't have a hope in hell with that one. I didn't realise it would be completely about America. Soon worked it out when Oxford and Cambridge didn't come up in the universities category!
