Ohio State played in the Rose and Orange bowls in '97? No wonder everyone is sick of seeing them play in BCS games!

before 1998 (I believe? but atleast before 1999) the BCS did not exist. These bowls were prestigous, but they were not BCS bowls until the inception of the BCS. The name of this quiz is incorrect. Before the BCS the Cotton Bowl was just as important as these. And now there is an additional BCS game, the BCS National Championship, which bsd987 mentioned.

The majority of these teams have not played in all 4 (really 5) BCS games since the creation of the BCS, so this quiz is incorrect. And dejonga29 people do care about bsd987's comment because it is right, you just don't know what you're talking about.

Oklahoma and Miami are the only two to play in all 4 BCS bowls, the others have played in the Bowls that became BCS bowls, but as was stated the title of this quiz is incorrect.

Either the years are in no particular order or you think Ohio State played in the Fiesta Bowl this year. I suggest fixing whichever is the problem.

Also Alabama is listed as playing in one of these four this year when they won the BCS National Championship.

I like this, even though technically all of those games weren't during the BCS era, so it's not really a "BCS Grand Slam." But OSU's last Rose Bowl should be changed to 2010.

ok since everyone seems to be getting all technical. . . 1: you should change the name since the BCS only started in 1998. 2: you might consider adding the Cotton Bowl since it used to be big before the Fiesta Bowl ind of took its place. 3: everyone who is trying to correct the years, remember that most of these games are post-New Year's Day bowls. Alabama played in the 2009 Sugar Bowl & Ohio State played in the 2009 Fiesta Bowl.

You guys are silly. The BCS bowls are the Rose, Orange, Sugar, and Fiesta. Those bowls all have histories longer than the BCS. Big deal. That doesn't make the quiz "incorrect". If I had a quiz on "United States History" and I had George Washington and Ben Franklin as answers, would you guys complain because they were technically born Englishmen?
