	Hi, thanks for taking my quiz. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. I will say that I definitely wish the source data was more current, and I'll admit I didn't check to see if all countries were actually accounted for. But, this is such a random statistic that it's still at least entertaining to see some of the countries that beat others out. (See #s 8, 10, and 14) Enjoy!

	I wouldn't say it's random. It seems to correlate pretty well with wealth - a little bit of scrambling, but not much.

	The randomness I refer to is because the source lists the amount for each of the preceding 10+ years, and for many countries this statistic changes pretty dramatically each year. That was surprising to me.

	Bit surprised at #16. I thought it wouldn't be right since another country in the same area is one of the lowest. Almost reached #14 and #6 when I was randomly typing in answers at end, but timed out at Croatia.

	I wonder if certain traditional pastoralist countries such as Mongolia don't show up because most of the meat is traded in the informal economy. Having spent some time among the Mongolians, I would be very surprised if they were not among the top meat eaters in the world.

	So this is how much meat per capita is available commercially? I guess I didn't quite get it, because I was first going for places like Uruguay that are famous for producing meat, although I suppose much of it is exported. The only certainty is that Luxembourg really is the greatest country on earth.

	I've been to Iceland. I purposely didn't select it because I never thought they'd have a lot of meat there. And since Brazil is known for its steakhouses, I expected it to be on the list.

	I expected Uruguay and Namibia to be there as they produce quite a lot of meat and have quite small populations.
