Although you're accepting the right spelling, you've got Milwaukee misspelled in the answers. Also, the white text on the light blue background is a little hard to see, you may want to change the colours to give a little more contrast.

Your source is flawed... Syracuse, NY gets 115 inches per year (as per NOAA, who keeps track of these things) which would top this list (and meets your population threshold).
