Maybe give one more minute? It was tough to remember them all in such a short time and to type them so it would take them.

Hah, remembered the diadem with one second to go xP I think it's fine with Nagini.. But I guess that's 'cause I remembered her! Snake is a bit too general, I think.. Maybe "Voldemort's snake"?

Nice quiz. I'd consider having the "destroyed by" fields be answers instead of extra info (they're not hints currently anyway, since they only show up when you put in an answer). Make it harder. Maybe that would be a different quiz, though.

I find it interesting that only horcrux was destroyed by Harry and when he did destroy it, he did not know it was a horcrux.

@Eagle3: He did sacrifice himself, though, once he knew he was a horcrux.

I am a failure of a Harry Potter fan for forgetting the diary...diadem was the first one I thought of...And I think the title should be changed to Voldemort's Horcruxes (take out the "the") but great quiz :)

Plus, I'm pretty sure Nagini is not in fact a horcrux--> Harry only thinks it is, until he realises that he is the last horcrux! The seventh horcrux is the part of the soul that stays inside of Lord Voldemort.....

So, I haven't read the books or seen the relevant movies (I did this quiz only going off of what I'd overheard from friends), so I probably have no right to complain, but "journal" seems like it should be an acceptable synonym for "diary", no?

Got the first two. Missed the last five. Guess that's what happens when you start reading Deathly Hallows at 2 am the day it came out and finish it 26 hours later.

Harry really should count, we all know his last name and it's not like there's another Harry in the books.

I was actually hoping when I first clicked to start the clock on this that it would require you to name both the horcruxes and the person who destroyed them, rather than giving the later when you answer. Particularly for those who are familiar with the books, I think that would be a fun addition (not that this wasn't fun, which it was).

'Journal' for 'Diary,' perhaps? Maybe it really doesn't work and I just haven't read the second book in forever, but I kept doing different variations on journal and missed it.

I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to spell Nagini before I tried "snake." Also, journal ought to be accepted for diary.
