	Finland and Iceland aren't classed as Scandinavian; they are Nordic. Finland can't be claimed (in my mind, or at least legally) to have been fighting for the axis, as no pact was ever signed.

	I don't see a way to complete this quiz without guessing. The clues used aren't factual- as previously stated, Finland didn't fight as an Axis nation, and there aren't 5 Scandinavian countries. If you're going to create a logic puzzle, you better know what you're doing! Until someone explains to me how I can get through this thing without guessing, or playing it 100 times by guessing, you owe me Sporcle globes, cuz rating it with 1 is giving it too many.

	Agreed about the 25 squares and no W or X thing, how's that work? I can forgive the Scandanavian thing since it was clear which you meant, but I'm still stuck after 6 clues, not sure I understand Japan's. "Adjacent letters in alphabetical order", by that do you mean like C/D, N/O, M/N... etc.? Then say "consecutive", not "adjacent". But still, I also imagine we are meant to assume D1's is the letter after C1's? The way it's worded it could still be before... in which case it's impossible to progress without guessing.

	Also, for the axis clue, just say "aiding" or "sided with" the axis, rather than "fighting for". Sure, Finland was the only 'Scanadavian' country to be on their side (thanks Wiki), which I guess means any countries on their side could be in that row.

	Thanks for your comments! I made the changes regarding the Scandinavian vs. Nordic countries...while sometimes the terms are used interchangeably, I realize that in a logic quiz precision is everything. Hence I changed the clue regarding "fought on the Axis side"--it doesn't say "Axis Nation"!--I changed it to "fought against the USSR", which is more precise (and not any easier, I might add). Also, "consecutive" is a GREAT suggestion, thank you Zak6009! It's my first logic quiz, so your feedback is welcomed. I have play-tested it and believe it is thoroughly solvable without guessing. Thanks!

	E5's clue needs to be clarified. I was stumped as to why Norway and Denmark triggered a mine, when they both start with two consecutive letters alphabetically.

	finally got this. May I suggest time limit 2 hours? @prithvimonthi: combine all possible clues you got so far to figure which 2 vowels are in column B (obviously not U, not O. That nordic countries, means there's Iceland somewhere, so A and E). d1 can't start with e then, so c1 can't be denmark.

	thedpr: There are only actually 24 countries in the answers. I was hedging my bets for a while in case USA was regarded as a free starter and there was another 'U' country, but this isn't the case. Bober: Liberal use of the pause button too, eh?

	Just one thing I gotta say... I know you technically didn't break any rule, but being the first clue and all, the 24 letters/25 squares problem IS probably going to raise a red flag on sight to many on this quiz, as thedpr said (and my initial reaction too at first), and probably part of the reason for your low ratings. Might wanna add a note in the instructions that you PROMISE no clues lie, or something... ;)

	Is there any chance of a walkthrough guide to this? I got up to 16 and just couldn't see how to get further, put Ecuador in but I think that was a lucky guess as I knew B4 had to be E but not necessarily what country. Can't get any further than that either.

	Never mind, got Kenya and it all fell into place. I agree about the unused letters being confusing, it meant that I was hesitant to put Kenya for example in case you were using Wales (as I have played a similar quiz to this where the creator used some non-sovereign countries to make up the game board)

	Hmmm...Help me out here Zak6009...how best to solve the 24/25 "red flag" problem? Since it is a logic quiz, it is logical that one square will have no country...a promise? A guarantee that the quiz is doable without guessing? Feels kind of weird. As for the time limit...well, let's just say that I gave you all the time I could! Again, thanks for playing!

	I just assumed the problem of only 24 letters would resolve itself and I was rewarded. I did find the B4 clue a little confusing because I wasn't sure if the country in D2 would need to be longer than Australia or The United States of America. Fun quiz though.

	Too many people are complaining. This quiz is beatable if you are very patient and really (as in REALLY) think about the clues. I did pull up a list of the world's countries to help me, but I didn't get any other help. It took a few tries, but I got there. I thought it was a great quiz.

	Thank you Strummer174! I have a thick skin, but randomquizzes is completely out of line. This quiz is completely doable without guessing...but you do need to know your Sporcle countries pretty damn well...and a little history and geography can't hurt, either!

	It would be useful, then, to post a walkthrough. Just saying that a quiz is completable without guessing but failing to show how is not going to do anything to stop your detractors. After 4 tries I also pulled up a country list and still I'm not sure it can be done without guessing. I can think of a few roadblocks in the quiz. I think the quiz was a great idea, with a lot of thought behind it; I'm just not so keen on the execution of it.

	Okay, I tried it one more time, and I think it is doable without guessing (though with plenty of pausing), but my route is quite different from the one the results would suggest so I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if a lot of people are lucky guessers. I can post my solution if people want, but my path was as follows: A1-E4-A3-E1-C5-E5-C1-E2-A2-C2-B1-D5-D1-B2-C4-C3-E3-B3&B4-D2&D4&A4-A5&B5-D3.

	This was good fun! So tempted to put Kenya in D2; glad I went for Ecuador first (though this was technically a lucky guess as D4 could also have been S. American at that stage...) I also got lucky on Colombia - could it also have been Chile (or did I miss something)? As per nannagins's comment earlier, maybe if C5 said that Column E contains the ONLY 5-letter names in the quiz, these problems would be solved?
