Puerto Rico and Aruba are not countries, and there is no definition given for "Large Spanish-Speaking Population."

Remove Puerto Rico, and Aruba. They are not countries. They are territories of the United States, and the Netherlands, respectively.

Yeah, with the above that Aruba and Puerto Rico should not be included. As an aside - I got Equatorial Guinea but somehow missed Venezuela and Cuba - sporclitis strikes again!

I apoligise for putting Puerto Rico down and Aruba however I shall leave them on. As for Guyana and Belize it is true that they speak English but both have a significant Spanish speaking population.

I have got rid of Puerto Rico and Aruba will still be accepted aswell as Netherlands.
