LOL, love the curator comment/tagline! Going by some of the names in the SSA data, I really wouldn't be surprised to see Triplet as a baby name one of these days...

Though regarding my username, I'm female so even if triplet_3 turned up on a baby names quiz, it wouldn't be a boy names one!

No worries, there was no way to tell, as triplet_3 is a gender-neutral username.

For the last ranked name of the 2000's I wdve thought the shortened version wdve been more 'official' as the name, not as a nickname. Maybe it's popular enough in New Jersey to make the list.

Don't like the American names at all. Timothy and Thomas are fine but the rest of the 2000s are just meaningless.

Watching 2 episodes of Game of Thrones back-to-back doesn't help. Theon, Tywin, Tyrion. Genuinely surprised at the lack of Toby/Tobias on here, though. All the boys named Tracy, too. Oh, you poor things. And I thought Tanner was a name solely reserved for homosexual porn actors. Not that I've seen that kind of movie. No, not at all...

I was hoping for a Tito spike in the seventies. It would have made the quiz as easy as ABC 123 do re mi.

@waegooktom: When I was in school, in the 1970s, there were several boys named Tracy. It didn't seem weird at the time. Sort of like being a boy named Riley today.

Weird how Trevor peaks in popularity about 30 or 40 years later in the US than in the UK. Then again, I think something similar has happened with Brian. Young man's name in the US, middle-aged man's name in UK.

@Statto yeap! I'm always weirded out when I meet American guys my age that are called things like Brian and Trevor. In the UK, they're names for men my father's age (he's in his fifties) and older.

Proud to get Tyrone. Was it an 'everybody' name in the 70s or was it always viewed as a 'black' name?
