| No Hillary? Surprising. |

| @myb555: I think one of the things that keeps Hillary from ranking very high is that there are two common spellings (Hilary). Same reason Katherine never makes the top 10 even though it's always a popular name. |

| The most common UK spelling of Haley/Hailey is Hayley, but as I didn't think of it that wasn't a problem for me! Completely forgot Isabella. Isobel/Isabel is a favourite name of mine - doesn't feature here, though. Probably as Debbie says, too many variant spellings. |

| Hailey was the last one I got, and that was only by chance. |

| Great quiz! I remember growing up in the 80's and 90's I was never the only Heather in my class... there were usually 2 or 3 of us. Isabella has always been one of my favourite names... and for some reason now I'm really digging the name Ida. |

| Surprised not to find names like Helena, Hillary, Irena, or Ira on here and yet there were a couple of them that I've never heard of before, like Hattie and Ida. Hattie's a funny name. |

| @Azazello - Ira is a boy's name. At least it was for the lyricist Ira Gerschwin and the writer Ira Levin. I'm a Brit who tried Hayley and only tried Haylee after that drew a blank. I tend to do better on these games in the earlier decades rather than the later ones. |

| Honey Boo Boo will probably make the Top 10 in the 2010's. No? You don't think? ;) |

| Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I thought of LOTS of names...it's just that none of them were on the list. |

| I once taught a family of two boys and a girl. The boys were both given very biblical names - Isaac and Elijah - and the girl was called...Hattie. Always struck me as a bit odd. |
 | MadameRay: | Dec 2nd, 2012 at 12:59 GMT | | 3 points |
| I'm surprised that Hattie is on the list as a separate listing to Harriet - usually it's just an alternative rather than a different name altogether. It is what I'm most often called but it never occurred to me it would be there. |

| I got Hazel because of Hurricane Hazel but did I get Irene? Nope. I live in NC (hurt pretty bad by Irene) and was born after Hazel... |

| Hortense? No. Well, not surprising. Hillary! Nope. Hmmm. Harper! Nope. Darn. Hope! Nope. I give up. In my defense, I will say that I got most obvious ones...except Heather. And I know at least 3. I don't know why I play these name quizzes...they always make me feel so dumb. |

| How did I get Isabella and not Isabel? |
 | TaigaStar: | Dec 2nd, 2012 at 21:34 GMT | | 5 points |
| thank you Aunt Hattie! i had no idea your name was so popular!
also, i've come up with at least thirty ways to spell Haylee. Hailey. Haleigh? Haley? Hailee? |

| I didn't make it. |
 | Vails: | Dec 11th, 2012 at 14:44 GMT | | 3 points |
| The only reason I get half of the names in these quizzes is because I start out by saying "Aunt..." and then I just see where that takes me. |

| I tried Hazel because I just finished The Fault in Our Stars, and the main character's name was Hazel. |
