Ununnillium got renamed darmstadtium back in 2003. If you count the unun...s as real element names, ununquadium would be the most for q and u.

Yeah, this quiz is a fine idea, but it needs to be done with only the elements with official names, not the unun... and soon unbi... placeholders. Also, consider that elements 114 and 116 will have new names soon, which will add/change some answers to this quiz for sure, if they approve their proposed names.

Thank you for the feedback @gustavpolo and @sproutcm. I'll change everything needed ASAP. What I did was I went on a website and used the elements listed there, and the only unun... element listed was ununnilium. Darmstadtium was even some of my answers, so I guess my source is a tad bit questionable, then!

@trick39berry Webelements.com is a great website of element information and it keeps things very well updated.

Thanks a lot for the info, @sproutcm. I'll keep that in mind if I ever decide to make another quiz with elements. As far as I know, I have changed everything in my quiz that was needed. If I did happen to not include something or include something unnecessary, please let me know.

For N, it says the answer has 3 N's, but the displayed answer is "Neon...", making me suspect that it should say 2.

Oh. I'm sorry, @AlexRandom. I had to change the answer but I forgot to change the extra heading. I'll do that right away.
