	It's a good idea for a quiz but you need to allow alternate answers, ex: "turkey leg" (not plural), "corn dog" (without brand name). Also, I have a hard time believing there aren't a LOT more foods you left out. I know the Iowa State Fair has everything on the list + dozens more, including things like turkey burgers, hamburgers, pork tenderloin, buffalo burgers, fried Snickers, fried butter, etc. I would think the Tex fair would have at least as many.
