	Australia was very active in killing/assimilating its native population so there are very few left who don't speak English. Please accept Farsi for Persian.

	Source? Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian are generally considered to be the same language. Also Tagalog/Filipino usually mean the same thing.

	Linguists do indeed mostly consider Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian to be dialects of the same language, usually called Serbo-Croatian. Even if they're classified separately in the census, Serbo-Croatian should give all three answers. It will not occur to some people to try its dialects if the language itself is not taken, nor should it have to. Also, you should probably accept Aramaic for "Assyrian."

	I checked the source and Tagalog has 53,000+, so why isnt it showing up here? Tagalog/Filipino are used interchangeably so it is a bit confusing. Just a suggestion, if you are going to use Serbo-Croatian to give all three answers, as suggested by swellwrench, i.e. Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian dialects. Then Filipino/Tagalog should also be accepted.

	There are heaps of Aboriginal languages and creoles spoken in Australia. But they are collectively not one language and therefore don't have the numbers to make it into the quiz. Do Native Americans speak Indian or Native American?

	Finnoztoffee: Australian Kriol is considered a distinct language in its own right - not sure if there are enough speakers to make it onto this list though (or if it was a census option). As for all the indigenous languages, yes, there are so many of them (and so many in decline) that there are not enough speakers of each to make the list.

	balatjr: there are plenty of aboriginal languages spoken but each clan has their own dialect and their are 100s of different clans in australia, so their aren't many people who speak one particular aboriginal language. Also, almost all aboriginal people speak english as their first or second language now except for very remote communities
