	not what I expected at all. I first started guessing states like arizona and california. But wow, Louisiana! never thought an oil-producing red state would be number 1

	Interesting. Some of the cloudiest states on here, only 3 in the southern half of the US, and no California (or Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, or New Mexico). But the Sun Belt states aren't necessary the "greenest" most "progressive", and more wealthy states either. Though oil producing Louisiana kind of breaks that.

	hmmm...the title of the game would imply you are looking for the states with the most installed solar capacity. The list is actually the states with the best incentives to install solar. I know you clarify in the description that you're looking for solar rating, but it makes more sense to me to use the second list in your source, which is a list of states with the most installed solar.
