| this is the most addictive sporcle quiz i've ever played. i found a technique that works pretty well. find groupings in columns, and call out the blanks til the farthest word you can remember. Examples: "3, 5, 10 to seas." "1, 4, 11, to roar." Find several groupings, and repeat these aloud for a couple minutes so they are imprinted in your brain. Only think of numbers for the blanks, and the end word. Then, when you're feeling pretty good about having a few of these sequences in your mental pocket, start typing as many words as you can in the OTHER places on the board that you haven't memorized, just eyeing them up. Type quickly, so you dont forget the sequences you've memorized. When things start to fill in and you're getting nervous, go back to the sequences you memorized already (like "1,4, 11 to roar") and rack up the groupings you were sure of. I eventually got to 145 this way. GREAT QUIZ, TOBLEY! |
