Hmm, thats weird, for some of the years "rollins" worked, but then I had to write Jimmy Rollins for some others. I think you got to fix this quiz up so u can just write in there last names...thanks.

I love Harry Kalas, but he should be a bonus answer.

I fixed the last name issue (and also the absence of a left fielder in 2005).

Thanks for this -- that brought back a mix of awesome, painful and (in some cases) awesomely painful memories from my misspent youth.

Agree 100 percent, hoyalawya. I remember my dad, on many a summer night, turning down the TV when the Phils would play the Cubs or Braves and listening to Harry Kalas describe some of the worst baseball teams ever to hit the field.

Most hated Phillies in the past 10 years: Adam Eaton and Wes Helms. I missed Helms and cringed when I saw his name

awesome quiz, and great layout - hope you don't mind me stealing the idea and making a Mariners one (http://www.sporcle.com/games/swellwrench/marinerslineups) :) damn NL teams and their lack of DH allowing you to include two extra years...

No, I actually got it from someone who'd done the Indians (the team I follow) and posted the Phillies, Royals, and Reds. Someone put together a couple good Blue Jays lineup quizzes, but I've been hoping others would follow.

That was cool, obviously you remember key starters or prospects who didn't pan out, but its hard to remember fill ins for injury on starting day... Sefcik in the OF? I got most of em though... anyone who started 3-4 or more seasons is a cinch... also interesting to see how bad we were and how we good we are ... that 88 and 89 teams were the last end of some key names like Schmidt and Von Hayes, and Samuel - Schmidt being the only guy left from the glory 70's...

Very enjoyable. Hard to remember the exact lineups, with injuries and whatnot. I almost forgot about Mark Whiten. I only remembered Nunez starting at third because I was at that game, and David Bell was a last minute scratch due to one of his numerous back injuries

Updated for today's lineups -- the statistical anomalies are because the 2010 lineups just replaced the guys from 1988. Sorry, Juan Samuel.

Someone on the Braves Opening Day Lineup quiz commented "I hate the braves." Now I'm been waiting my chance to say I Hate the Phillies! On a side note, I like how all theses quizzes have been renamed so I can find them on one place on the menu.

I was gonna say exactly what Illini said, I sensed Lofton played for them at some point but on all baseball quizzes, throw out Lofton as a shot in the dark.

Remembering Mike Lieberthal gave me Jon Lieber, who I had completely forgotten about. If only Morandini's last name was Glanvilledini...

@johnlk - I wish I could, but once it's published, the sporcle editors are the only ones who can edit. So far, they've only added 2011 for one team.

How is Lieber 61% guessed less often then Lieberthal 62.4%? You can't guess Lieberthal without guessing Lieber first
