I can't believe wo pitchers hit 7 HRs in one season. Most wouldn't hit that in a career.

Don't be too fooled, midlifecrisis. Brooks Kieschnick first came into the majors as an outfielder with the Chicago Cubs. He then kicked around in the minors for a while, developed an eephus pitch, and made it back to the big leagues as a pinch hitter who could then work an inning in relief. And Mike Hampton? That's the Coors Field factor.

You need to accept just "Ripken" for Cal Ripken Jr.
