	Like the quiz! I think Washington DC should at least be a bonus answer, because, even though it obviously wasn't in a CSA state, its Virginia suburbs alone would be enough to put it on this list.

	It's a fun quiz, but Palm Bay, Melbourne, and Titusville, Florida make up a whole county. They are not one city -- Palm Bay and Titusville are about 50 miles apart!

	Good quiz, but two tips: 1) It's "Bradenton" not "Brandenton". 2) Like schnoxl said, I'd add Washington, DC as a bonus answer or see if you can find data for the Northern Virginia area, because it certainly has more than 300,000 people.

	Missouri did secede from the Union. Check your facts. The secession was not recognized because at the time of the secession, Union troops were in occupation of Jefferson city and the state legislature had to relocate to Neosho to take the vote. The Confederate delegation was accepted into the Confederate congress, and a star was added onto the Confederate flag for Missouri. Why do people always insist that Missouri was a border state? Don't people know that the winners write the history?

	Yes, the winners wrote the history. Thing is, like West Virginia or Kentucky, Missouri effectively wasn't Confederate whatever the CSA itself insisted. Just saying it was a part of that nation didn't make it so any more than Indian-controlled parts of Kashmir are part of Pakistan because Pakistan (along with people who live there) claims them.

	I wrote my thesis on this. After Union troops occupied the state capital of Jefferson City, and the Union General (in a state of martial law) abolished the duly elected state government (illegal and unconstitutional), Governor Jackson's government set up a provisional capital and convened in the town of Neosho, Missouri. On October 28, 1861, the legislature took up a bill for Missouri's secession from the Union, citing various "outrages" committed against the state and the overthrow of its government by Union General Nathaniel Lyon. The bill was passed on October 30, and on October 31, it was signed by Governor Jackson. There is no "claim" here. There is strict history. Stick to topics you know, please.

	Based on what little I've read, it seems questionable whether the secession at Neosho was even valid by Missouri state law (let alone effective, given the significant presence of Union troops in the state - it wasn't). I would have considered changing the quiz anyhow, though, if you hadn't been so rude about the issue. (And I've never heard a recent historian refer to "strict history.")
