I know it's not your rankings....but I can't take a quiz seriously that puts Dublin, Budapest, and Lisbon ahead of Washington, San Francisco, Cairo, and Cairo.

These cities are probably higher because they have more government related buildings and institutions or stock exchanges and other economic factors... Or they have some sort of special relevance for an entire coutry. It's not just based on population or land area.
