I would extend this perhaps a minute or so? Interesting quiz though! I kept thinking "But that country is so flat!" before I remembered the landlocked requirement.

OK, one more minute. I'm trying to make sure this doesn't devolve into "just guess all the landlocked countries you can think of" though. :)

That's more likely to happen when there is less time. When you don't have time to think, you just rattle off every country that comes to mind. With more time, you can actually try to figure it out.
